Program
North Shore Residential, LLC dba Duluth Property Manager (“we,” “us”) sends text messages to people who have opted in, including through the SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form, verbally, or by texting us first.
Types of Messages
Messages may include responses to your inquiries, appointment and showing scheduling and reminders, real estate listing, buyer and seller communications, transaction updates, rental application updates, and maintenance or property notifications.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any service. You may receive messages only after you opt in.
Message Frequency and Cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry or transaction. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
Opting Out and Help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at nickg@dlhpm.com or (218) 216-6927.
